TableTosh grew from operating needs rather than a portfolio brief. I designed and built it as the booking system behind restaurants and Oktoberfest tents, including Heimer Entenbraterei. The process centred on the full reservation journey: presenting availability clearly, collecting the right guest details and giving operators a practical way to manage bookings. Because I own and run the product, development continues alongside hosting, maintenance and day-to-day use.
